It also has a name, and that name is Steinberg. Silja Steinberg is the third generation of restaurateurs to run the Hofbräukeller and now also the Hofbräu festival tent at the Wiesn. Her parents have gone into well-deserved retirement – but are still around.
And it seems that the next generation is already waiting in the wings. The Steinberg family is very family-oriented, business-minded – and absolutely Wiesn-crazy!
