Your soundtrack for the after-work hours
In the fast lane to a better mood with Dr Feelgood
As the working day winds down and you head home or simply switch your mind to evening mode, it’s time for The Feelgood Factor on Feelgood FM. The three-hour drive-time show runs Mondays to Thursdays from 17:30 to 20:30 and Fridays from 16:00 to 19:00 – right before the Weekend Starter. And it’s much more than just music for the car radio. It is your daily companion for the transition from ‘having to’ to ‘wanting to’.
The show is hosted by Dr Feelgood, who goes by the name of Willi Zwingmann away from the DJ booth. With his warm voice, charming anecdotes and a sure sense of timing, he ensures that a normal afternoon becomes a special sound experience. In The Feelgood Factor, powerful rock meets earthy country, mixes with sunny reggae and is tastefully rounded off with electronic accents – a musical mix that moves, relaxes and inspires.
Every day also brings fresh content. The ‘Schneider’s Hit Comeback’ section is particularly popular, in which music expert Stefan Schneider brings a hit from the past back into the limelight – updated daily, with background and a personal touch. This little highlight regularly provides aha moments and nostalgic goosebumps.
On Friday, there is a real ritual for music lovers: the Doctor’s ‘favourite record’. Here, a classic or current LP/CD is played in its entirety – from the first to the last note. No hectic zapping, no playlist, just a real listening experience like in the old days. A statement in favour of slowing down and the art of consciously listening to music.
The Feelgood Factor is the perfect blend of music, humanity and moments to take a deep breath. Whether you’re fighting your way through the evening traffic, enjoying the journey home or simply want to switch off – here you get what you need: three hours that sound like you.
Tune in when it says: Monday to Thursday from 17:30 to 20:30 and Fridays from 16:00 to 19:00 – only on Feelgood FM. After that, the Weekend Starter takes over. And your weekend starts in your head.
